Return and Exchanges Policy

Received an item from our store and aren’t satisfied? Our return and exchange policy is here to help—whether your purchase arrived damaged, not as advertised, or simply doesn’t meet your expectations or needs. Just make sure that the item you ordered is covered by our policy by checking the product page. Once confirmed, follow our easy three-step process to return or exchange your purchase.

1. Submit a return authorization

Once you’ve reviewed our return policy and made sure your order is covered, start the process by completing a return authorization form with detailed pictures by clicking here.

2. We'll get in touch

Our customer service team will reach out to you to start processing your return, arranging for your item to be collected at a convenient time.

3. Relax as we finish your return

After we’ve received your purchase, we’ll work quickly to verify that it’s in its original condition. Next, we’ll let you know when to expect your return.

   


Once you've ordered
After you place your order, we will usually ship out your items within a 72-hour period.

If you want to add something to your order, contact our service personnel—they can tell you if your purchase has already shipped. Adding items before shipment is a simple process. However, late changes will change your delivery date.

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Orders that have not been processed or shipped can be voided at no extra charge. Orders that have already shipped will be processed as normal returns.

After you receive your delivery
Not happy with your purchase? Perhaps it doesn’t live up to expectations, or doesn’t fit your home as you imagined. No problem, your purchase is eligible for return. Undamaged and unblemished items can still be sent back with no questions asked.

Our 14-day return policy applies to most items in our inventory. Just check each product page to find out if our policy applies. For all items returned in their original packaging and covered by our policy, we will refund the entire cost—we only ask that you cover the shipping. Need help getting it back to us? We can arrange to pick it up with our shipping carrier at our preferred rates.
