Modern Sofa Beds employs Fair Trade practices for all of the products and services offered on our website. That means we employ ethical standards for choosing who we work with and how we deliver our goods to our customers. Our commitment includes:

· When hiring, we do not discriminate based on any factor. We provide our employees equitable pay and labor, and so do the businesses we work with;

· We condemn both child and forced labor. We work to ensure that none of our activities participate in or support these practices in any way;

· By committing to Fair Trade, we hope to foster an environment where these practices spread and are widely adopted. We also partner with a diverse group of manufacturers—including smaller companies that work at an economic disadvantage.
