Q: What kinds of payment do you accept?

A: We accept the all of the following forms of payment - Pay Pal, Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express and You may also call us at 888-836-5021 to make payment arrangements over the phone.

Q: How do you ship and what are the shipping charges?

A: We offer free white glove delivery service in the Metro NYC Area, and we capped the delivery at $150 to most other areas in the USA! See Shipping

We will deliver it, bring it inside your home, assemble it, make sure its in perfect condition and if you wish we can also take back all of the packaging with us. Our deliveries are usually scheduled to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We always schedule deliveries to fit the customers agenda and only require 2 - 3 hour window from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday - Saturday. We want to ensure complete satisfaction and a true peace of mind for your purchase at absolutely no additional cost!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: modernsofabeds.com guarantees 100% satisfaction on all our products!!! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days to return it  in new condition and with all original packaging. You,( the customer )  are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price less a 25 % re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable

We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed!
We normally process all orders within 24 hr

Important Information to Remember!

You MUST inspect the product and any packaging you see at the time of the delivery. If there is any damage to either the product or the package, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
